  • Why a catamaran?

    In the mid 1980’s, the catamaran began attracting charterers because of its comfortable cruising accommodations. What they found was not only more space, luxury and sailing without heeling, but a shallower draft which allowed them entry into a world of anchorages that deeper draft monohulls were not able to enter… and a lot more speed.

  • Where can I charter?

    The Sea Runner operates out of Tortola.

  • Am I qualified to “skipper” a cat?

    This is the most frequently asked question we hear each day. There is a very simple answer. If you can handle a monohull sailboat, chances are you should have no trouble handling a cat.

    You will require suitable navigational experience to safely navigate in these waters. Please remember that the BVI is tidal salt water, with some areas open to the Atlantic Ocean, so we can get some fairly large swells. This may affect potential anchorages and sailing plans whilst here.

    You will also require suitable prior skippering experience on a comparably sized vessel, not simply crewing experience. This is especially true of our largest cats, the Lagoon 500’s and the Lagoon 570. For these vessels we require the skipper’s resume and a resume for the first mate. These vessels are large and it is far easier to operate them with an experienced crew, that knows how the vessels systems operate and to help assist in docking, anchoring etc.

    To enable us to get this information from you, we provide a resume to be filled in. This resume is vital for us to ascertain your experience and decide if you can safely operate the catamaran that you have chosen, in the waters of the British Virgin Islands. Please get this resume back to us as soon as possible, so that we can vet it and give our recommendations.

    Before beginning your bareboat charter, a yacht familiarization and chart briefing will be conducted at the base. All of your questions will be answered at this time. If you are unsure about sailing a catamaran on your own, your charter consultant will discuss your qualifications during the booking process. To enhance your sailing experience, hire an instructional skipper for the first hours of your cruise (usually 12PM to 5PM). He will cover jibing, tacking, anchoring and general catamaran sailing with you. He will act as your personal “yacht briefer” and more often than not, will speed up the hand-over process at the base which will get you on the water faster. Instructional Skipper day rate applies.

  • How do I choose the best cat for my needs?

    This part is the most fun! You can choose from a large variety of models & sizes to suit your taste. Usually, it will depend on the number of people in your party. Other factors that may influence your decision are whether you want your cat to have a head and shower for each cabin, whether you prefer the galley to be “up” in the salon, or “down” in one of the hulls along with many options. We also offer an array of ‘owners’ and charter version catamarans.
    On owner’s version expect starboard hull dedicated to the captain with enlarged cabins, separate en-suite bathrooms, generous closet space and office space. Charter versions offer identical cabins with usually one extra cabin allowing more guests onboard. Our knowledgeable charter consultants will help you every step of the way to sort through all of these choices and help you obtain the best cat for your vacation.

  • How much sailing time do I have?

    We provide you with as much sailing time as possible. We also allow you to start on any day of the week to cater to your schedule. In Tortola BVI your charter will start at 5pm on any given day and ends the following week on that same day at 10am.

  • How do I get there?

    Airport is the Terrance B Lettsome Airport – initials are EIS. The airport is located on Beef Island, which is on the East End of Tortola and about 10 minutes away from our base at Hodges Creek. You may also fly into St. Thomas in the USVI and take a ferry over from the Charlotte Amalie ferry terminal  to Road Town. We can schedule a taxi pick up with Sebastian Transport to take you to our base. The cost for taxi pick up is at your expense due to insurance reasons.

  • What charter details should I be aware of?

    You invest a lot of time and money in your charter vacation. That’s why we are pleased to offer our Trip Protection Program. This special coverage protects your investment both prior to and during your charter vacation. This protection program covers cancellations, postponements and charter interruptions. The premium for this “safety net” is only 7% of the total charter cost.
    Without this coverage, the following CANCELLATION TERMS  apply: Cancel 90 days or more prior to charter departure and a fee of $599 will apply: 60 to 89 days before departure and 50% deposit is lost; and if a charter is cancelled 59 days or less there is no refund given.

  • What charges can I expect upon arrival?

    You will be responsible for the BVI Taxes which include Cruising Tax, National Park Trust Permit and a contribution to Virgin Islands Search and Rescue.

  • Is fuel included?

    The boat will be fully fueled upon arrival and you top off the fuel tank at the end of the charter at your expense. If refueling is not done prior to your departure from the island, your credit card will be charged with a $75 surcharge fee including credit card fees (approx 3 – 4.5%). A credit card is required for our files during your boat briefing/chart briefing.

  • What does my charter include?

    Know Before You Go : Options, Extras & Costs

    At The Catamaran Company we know that everyone has different ideas of “the perfect charter”. That’s why we offer plenty of options and extras to allow your charter to be as unique and exciting as YOU want to make it! All of the charter companies have different payment and cancellation terms, as well as various options – your charter consultant will help you discern the difference. The following information represents The Catamaran Company’s options and extras.

    CDW – The Collision Damage Waiver and the DDW – Dinghy Damage Waiver:
    The Collision Damage Waiver and the Dinghy Damage Waiver are mandatory for all charters and provide coverage for the yacht and its equipment including the dinghy/ob, except in the case of gross negligence or intoxication.

    The Dinghy Damage Waiver will insure against damages, destruction or loss of the tender, outboard and its equipment. In the event of a lost dinghy (stolen or otherwise), Catamaran Charters will make attempts to replace the dinghy at a rental fee of $80 per day of charter (excluding DDW for replacement and delivery costs when applicable).

    The CDW and DDW is payable 45 days before the charter commences and the cost is $74 per day for boats less than 50ft and $84 for boats over 50ft

  • Refundable Damage Deposit:

    A $1000 refundable damage deposit will be charged at check-in at the base and refunded after your charter ends

    Know Before You Go : Helpful Information

    Transportation (airport / base / airport) is $7.00 per person/minimum of $21.00. The Beef Island airport is at approximatel 10 minutes to and from the base by car. Transportation (Road Town ferry dock/base/ferry dock) $20.00 per person minimum $40, $8 for additional guests. Please supply all necessary information to arrange the pick up (arrival & departure date, time and flight number) at least two weeks before your charter.

    Boarding and Briefing Information:
    Boarding time is 5pm on the first day of your charter. Charter Brief/Boat Brief to be held at 9:00am the following day. The skipper/captain must be present during the boat and charter briefing. An average of 1.5 to 2 hrs is necessary to complete your boat and chart briefing. No charter will be allowed to leave the dock after 5:00pm regardless of the charter contract dates. You must return your yacht to our dock by 10:00am on your last day of your charter. (We recommend you spend the last night of your charter at our docks).

    What happens if there is a problem with the boat while I am out sailing?
    If you have a problem while onboard we ask that you first call the base to see if the issue can be remedied over the phone which in most cases it can. If not we will determine a place and time to meet up to fix the problem. Usually we can meet you right away or within a short period of time but contractually we have 24 hours. In the highly unlikely chance that the issue is major and you cannot continue sailing and the problem not repairable we will move you to another comparable boat.

  • Provisioning:

    For all provisioning needs please complete the below order forms for delivery to your yacht and return to[email protected] and receive 2 free bags of ice.

    Provisions will be delivered when the guests are present on board to accept and check it and stow away. The Catamaran Company cannot accept any responsibility for any orders delivered.

    Sheets, pillowcases, towels, dishcloths are provided for each charter. Beach towels are not included. Wash cloths are NOT included. Each cabin comes with an extra set of linens but if you require additional ones and towels ect there is an additional fee. Check with staff upon check in for availability and cost.

  • Can I Bring My Ipod:

    If you want to plug your Ipod into the stereo system please bring the following input cable but please check, when booking, whether your vessel is/is not compatible for an audio input device.

  • Do you offer kayaks or water toys?

    We offer two man kayaks which you can order with us and for other water toys such as one man kayaks, windsurfers ect we can provide you with contact information for outside vendors no problem!

  • Can I rent an extra dinghy?

    We do not have spare dinghys to rent therefore if interested you can contact Island Time and rent one through

  • Can I have an extra cooler and BBQ? What type of BBQ is it?

    Extra coolers and BBQ’s are available on a first come first served basis as they are limited and an additional fee applies. Check with staff upon check in for availability and cost. All BBQ’s are charcoal which you must purchase
    on your own.

  • Will my cell phone work in Tortola?

    Yes most likely. Most cells phones through major US companies work throughout the BVI. We recommend you contact your cell phone provider to double check.

  • Does the boat offer Internet?

    Please find attached here your package options and pricing as well as instructions.

  • Currency:

    Local currency is US Dollars.
    Exchange is not possible on the island. It is recommended to bring US$. You may obtain US$ by using your credit card at an automatic teller in Road Town.

  • Formalities:

    A passport is needed for air and sea travel to and from the Caribbean, Bermuda, Central & South America.

  • Sailing Licenses:

    No sailing licenses are required for cruising in the British Virgin Islands.

  • Hotels and Restaurants:

    Near the marina we recommend The Tamarind Club If you wish to stay in Road Town the day you arrive, we recommend Maria’s By The Sea, a very short walk from the ferry dock.

    There is a restaurant at the marina open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

    For all provisioning needs please complete the below order forms for delivery to your yacht and return to[email protected] and receive 2 free bags of ice.

    Pussers’ is also located next door to the base but is also only open on the weekend. They should be open 7 days a week soon. If you wish to take a taxi to go to Road Town you can call Roy at Sebastian Transport at 284-496-6701 to arrange for a taxi.

  • Tipping:

    If you have a Catamaran Company crew on board your yacht, tipping is at your discretion, but standard is 15-20% of the crew fee.

  • Water:

    Your yacht comes with water but we advise to buy drinking water.

  • Night Sailing:

    Night sailing is not permitted. You must be anchored or docked one hour before sunset.

  • Fishing Permits:

    Fishing license required -To obtain a license you need to go to the Department of Natural resources in the BVI (Roadtown), and fill out a form. The cost is $45 dollars per person and the license is valid for one week. A passport photo only, not a drivers license or photo id is

  • Can I store luggage in your office?

    Office space is very limited so we suggest you pack using duffel bags which are easily stored on the boat as opposed to hard luggage as we cannot guarantee that we will have space available for your luggage.

  • Return of your yacht:

    Please be ready to disembark your yacht no later than 10 AM on the final day of your charter ending date on your confirmation. Please call the base on your way in so that someone can meet you at the dock. We ask that you tidy up your yacht and leave the linens and trash neatly bundled.

  • Charter Agreement

    The Catamaran Company will automatically charge your credit card on file for advance payments. Please contact us at least 5 days prior to your next payment if additional credit card information needs to be submitted. If preferred payment is by check, please contact us prior to your next payment. Late fee of $50.00 will be applied for payments not received by due date. Fuel is not included in the charter fee. Upon return of your yacht, charterer is required to refuel the yacht. If yacht is equipped with air conditioning/generator, a fee will be incurred to use the air conditioning. The customer must decline the charge if the charterer wishes not use this option. Trip cancellation insurance must be declined within 30 days of reservation. If not declined the Trip insurance is automatically charged on charterers invoice.

    1. Delivery

    The Catamaran Co. shall turn over the yacht to Charterer, staunch, clean and in full commission, ready for service. Acceptance of the yacht at that time by the Charterer constitutes full performance and compliance with all obligations and warranties of The Catamaran Co. The Catamaran Co. may allow credit, pro rata, of charter fees covering periods of delay in delivery but should it be impossible for The Catamaran Co. to make delivery as stipulated through causes beyond its control, or substitute a yacht of similar layout, and should such delivery not be made within 24 hours thereafter, then this agreement may be cancelled by the Charterer and any charter fee paid in advance shall be returned to the Charterer. Should the Charterer not be present or not ready to accept delivery of the yacht for whatever reason at the specified time and place, The Catamaran Co. reserves the right to reset the time of delivery within a 24 hour period thereafter.

    2. Accidental Death and Injury

    The Catamaran Co. strictly prohibits the use or consumption of illegal drugs. The consumption of alcohol may increase the risk of injury around water and boats and you and your passengers accept that risk. The Catamaran Co., its subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, affiliates and agents (The Catamaran Co.) shall be held harmless from any and all claims or liability for personal injury or death arising from or related to, directly or indirectly, the use or consumption of alcohol or drugs, even if the personal injury or death is caused in whole or in part by the negligence of The Catamaran Co.. This shall in no way limit or diminish The Catamaran Co.’s accountability for it’s negligence where the personal injury or death does not arise from or relate to, directly or indirectly, the use or consumption of alcohol or drugs.

    3. Skin Diving and Swimming

    The Catamaran Co., the yacht owner and the insurance underwriters shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries or death due to swimming, windsurfing, kayaking or the use of snorkels, masks or allied equipment such as scuba equipment and sailboards.

    4. Running Expenses

    The Charterer agrees to pay any additional running expenses during the term of the charter which have not been prepaid as part of the charter package. Such additional running expenses may include, but are not limited to food and other consumable stores, pilotage, port charges, (cruising taxes and park permits), customs and provisions and supplies for the Charterer and their party. Fuel is not included and guests must return the boat fully fueled.

    5. Hazardous Areas

    Sailing in those areas designated by The Catamaran Co. as hazardous is strongly discouraged and the charterer assumes sole responsibility for all injury and damages resulting directly or indirectly therefrom. Any sailing in such areas shall result in the forfeiture of the coverage of the CDW insurance.

    6. Redelivery

    The Charterer shall surrender the yacht at the expiration of the charter at the release port specified, free and clear of any indebtedness and liens whatsoever and in condition and clean state as when delivered, fair wear and tear from ordinary use excepted and having properly cleared customs. The Charterer is responsible for allowing sufficient time for unforeseen contin-gencies to permit the return of the yacht at the stated time. Should the Charterer not make redelivery of the yacht at the time and place herein before stipulated for any cause, other than that occasioned by an occurrence beyond the Charterer’s control, the Charterer shall pay a charter fee pro rata for the time that such delivery is delayed plus any losses that The Catamaran Co. or the yacht owner may sustain due to the delayed delivery. The Charterer shall surrender the vessel’s equipment in as good a condition as delivered, fair wear and tear excepted.

    7. Restricted Use

    The yacht shall be employed exclusively as a pleasure vessel for the sole and proper use of the Charterer, his or her family, guests and employees and agents, during the term of this charter and shall not transport merchandise or carry passengers for pay or engage in any trade nor in any way violate the laws of the United States or of any other government within the jurisdiction of which the yacht may be at the time and shall comply with the law in all other respects. No night sailing is permitted in the Grenadines, The British Virgin Islands, Bahamas and Florida. Any expenses or sums incurred by virtue of paragraphs 4,5, and 6 shall be repaid to The Catamaran Co. at the completion of the charterer.

    8. Non Assignment

    The Charterer shall not assign this agreement or subcharter the yacht without the prior written consent of The Catamaran Co.

    9. Competency

    The Charterer certifies that he/she is experienced and competent in the handling and operation of inboard auxiliary powered sailing craft of the general type and size as the yacht herein chartered and that the Charterer has also had a sufficient practical knowledge of seamanship, piloting and Rules of the Road. The Charterer shall not delegate any of these duties to any person not equally qualified. The Catamaran Co. may in its sole discretion verify the Charterer’s competency at the time of the charter. Should the Charterer be deemed less than fully competent by The Catamaran Co. in it’s sole discretion, The Catamaran Co. may provide for the Charterer, at the Charterer’s expense, a hired hand to assist the Charterer in achieving competency. Should a hired hand be unavailable The Catamaran Co. may restrict the Charterer’s use of the yacht to the charter party’s occupancy of it at The Catamaran Co.’s dock until a suitable hired hand has become available. The Charterer acknowledges that The Catamaran Co. does not independently investigate the competency of any Charterer to sail otherwise but relies solely and exclusively on the resumes provided. The Charterer further acknowledges that The Catamaran Co. in it’s sole discretion may refuse to receipt a yacht for sailing but this exercise of discretion shall in no way be construed as an acknowledgment of or determination of the competency for sailing of the Charterer’s crew or the assumption of any liability for loss or damages incurred as a result of sailing, for which the Charterer assumes sole responsibility.

    10. Crew

    The Catamaran Co. shall provide a competent skipper/guide for the Charterer if so requested. Although the Charterer shall exercise control over the yacht, the Charterer shall depend upon the crew for the safe navigation of the yacht and shall abide by the judgments of the crew as to sailing, weather, anchorages and pertinent matters. The Charterer shall not have the authority to discharge the crew without prior consent from The Catamaran Co.

    11. Sleepaboard

    A Sleepaboard is considered confirmed once payment has been made and confirmation received in writing by guest. If you have a confirmed Sleepaboard and must cancel, you must do so within 72 hours of commencement, otherwise the payment is non-refundable.

    12. Miscellaneous

    In any proceeding to enforce the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall recover from the other costs that may be incurred, including any fees and costs associated with court ordered mediation and arbitration or appellate proceedings. No representations or warranties not set forth herein have been offered to or made to any party as an inducement into this Agreement and all negotiations are merged herewith. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, with the exception of any admiralty or maritime claims which shall be construed under the maritime, admiralty laws of the United States including the International Convention on Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims 1976 as in effect. The venue for any proceedings hereunder shall lie in Broward County; Florida or the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

    The “safety net” of this coverage cannot be overemphasized regardless of current health status, age or date of your charter. The chance of something unexpected happening affects everyone, whether you yourself are affected or a member of your crew. This will enable you to handle the situation at hand and not become preoccupied with what repercussions may result in a charter cancellation, charter postponement or charter interruption during you vacation.

    Trip Insurance remains on your invoice unless you decline it at the time of deposit. If not declined 25% of the premium will be charged with your deposit. The rest is to be paid in installments until your charter is paid in full. If you wish to decline this coverage please advise your agent at the time of booking.

    Please note: Only you the Charterer and those listed as crew members on your reservation form will be covered by this policy. Any changes in the crew should be sent in writing to your Charter Consultant.

    Charter Cancellation
    Charterers qualified for a cancellation fall under the following occurrences:

    • Medical Emergency.
    • Sudden serious illness, injury or death to a crew member or immediate family member.
    • Your refunds include all of the monies paid to date, less your Trip Protection Fee.
    • You must have a written physicians’ note for this cancellation policy. NO EXCEPTIONS!

    All monies are returned to the source of payment: i.e. If a charter was booked through an outside charter brokerage firm, the refund is returned to the source of payment

    Charter Postponement

    • A Postponement may be issued in place of a cancellation due to any medical emergency shown above. These terms apply for postponement.
    • Your monies paid to date, less your Trip Protection Fee, will be held for a period of twelve (12) months.
    • You must use your new charter dates within twelve (12) months from the date of your postponement.
    • When your new reservation is confirmed, the funds from your previous planned charter will be applied and the Trip Protection Fee will be provided free of charge on your next charter.
    • If the reservation you are postponing includes a special promotion such as discounted Rental fee and/or options i.e. Sleepaboards, rental toys or any other available option, then the Trip Protection Fee will be applied and discounts/promotions will be carried forward to you next charter.
    • If the charterer postpones once, then Trip Protection will be carried over to the new dates, but any additional postponements or cancellations will result in full billing of the Trip Protection.
    • If a charter is postponed then canceled the charterer will pay in full for Trip Protection. NO EXCEPTIONS!
    • If you do not use your charter within twelve (12) months, you will lose all monies paid. NO EXCEPTIONS!

    Charter Interruption
    At any time if your charter is interrupted because of any of the aforementioned reasons:

    • The number of days lost from your interrupted charter will be credited towards your account and applied to a future charter within twelve (12) months.
    • You may choose to receive any monies lost (pro-rated on your charter fee).
    • All additional items such as security fees, crew fees, drop-off fees, provisioning/beverages and cruising charges will be forfeited.

    Tropical Disturbance
    Tropical Disturbance coverage applies when The CATAMARAN COMPANY ‘S head office or base management deem that a tropical disturbance is of a serious enough nature to cause a cancellation, postponement or interruption of your charter.


    • You will receive all monies paid to date, less the Trip Protection Fee.

    You may book your new charter within twelve (12) months from the date of postponement.

    • If you do not use your charter within twelve (12) months of your postponement all monies paid will be forfeited.
    • The Trip Protection Program is provided free of charge on your next charter.

    If the reservation you are postponing includes a special promotion such as discounted Rental fee and/or options i.e. Sleepaboards, rental toys or any other available option, then the Trip Protection Program will be applied and discounts/promotions will be carried forward to you next charter.


    • You may choose to continue the charter at the earliest possible date available after the disturbance. During the disturbance, the hotel cost ( if applicable) is at the charterers expense.
    • You may choose to receive a credit for the number of days lost on your interrupted charter and apply them to a future charter within twelve (12) months. During the disturbance, the hotel cost ( if applicable) is at the charterers expense.
    • You may choose to receive any monies lost on your charter (pro-rated on your charter fee). On choosing this option and if decide to wait out the disturbance, the hotel cost is at the charterers expense.
    • All additional items such as the collision damage waiver, crew fees, provisioning/beverages and cruising charges will be forfeited.

    Captain- If your Captain/Skipper (listed on your reservation form) is forced to cancel due to a medical emergency and there is no other qualified crew member on board, we will provide a skipper for the entire length of the charter at NO charge.

    First Mate- If the first mate (listed on your reservation form) is forced to cancel due to a medical emergency, The CATAMARAN COMPANY will provide a first mate for a maximum of 48 hours, at NO charge. Additional time for the crew requested by the charterer will be charged at the normal crew daily rate.

    Policy Premium
    The cost of your policy is 7% of your INVOICE TOTAL BASED ON PUBLISHED RATES for that applicable year your reservation was booked. If any item on your invoice was complimentary or discounted, the Trip Insurance will calculate based on its published rate.

    Therefore with this policy and ‘postponement’ is applied, the Charterer will be protected in reserving all discounts/promotions for a later date. The Trip Protection Fee allows the Charterer to utilize his/her promotions on his next reservation and all discounts/promotions will be carried over to the later date.

    As items are added to your invoice, the Trip Protection Fee will increase accordingly based on retail rates You will receive a full refund, less the Trip Protection Fee,for any of the disturbances discussed in this pamphlet up until the day of your charter.

    The Trip protection program covers all outside commissions on the rental fee. IN otherwords, the Trip Protection ensures that you will receive a full refund if booked through an outside broker. The monies are sent back to the Broker and outside Broker will refund all monies to date. The Trip Protection Program does not cover the Brokers commission if cancellation occurs –

    If the reservation you are postponing includes a special promotion such as discounted Rental fee and/or options ie: Sleepaboards, rental toys or any other available option, then the Trip Protection Fee will be applied and discounts/promotions will be carried forward to you next charter.

    Please Note: Payment of your deposit initiates this Cancellation Policy.
    You have 30 days after receiving your invoice to decline this coverage.

    To Make a Claim
    If a cancellation occurs please follow this procedure:

    • Contact your charter consultant by phone or email to let them know that you must cancel.
    • Immediately follow up your claim in writing, including all specific information.

    Charter Brokerage Firms
    If your charter consultant is an outside Broker, all communication is dealt directly with the Charter Brokerage Company rather than with The CATAMARAN COMPANY direct. As all monies are refunded directly to the Broker and then returned to customer.

    If the form of payment was processed between customer and The CATAMARAN COMPANY and not the Broker, but Broker is involved, The CATAMARAN COMPANY will refund the customer all monies received. The Charter Brokers 10 – 15 % commission is forfeited.

    • Immediately follow up your claim in writing, including all specific information.
      (Specific information such as a written physician’s note is an example of background information accepted as proof for cancellation, postponement or interruption).

    What is Not Covered

    • Changes in vacation plans by the charterer , family or crew member.
    • Employment/Job related changes of charterer, family or crew.
    • Change in financial status of charterer, family or crew.
    • Normal Pregnancy of charterer, family, or crew.
    • Any airline/flight complications of charterer, family or crew.

    Conditions and Exclusions

    • All claims are governed by the Laws of Broward County, Florida. These courts alone shall have jurisdiction in any dispute.
    • Liability for any claim shall not exceed the total sums paid to The CATAMARAN COMPANY.
    • One day is equal to 10 consecutive sailing hours.
    • Please note that based on the “Prudent Rule”, The CATAMARAN COMPANY will deny any claim when we determine that undue risk or negligence was a factor.
    • Any unlawful acts committed by a charterer are excluded.
    • If payment terms as stated in the Charter Contract have not been adhered to, the Trip Protection Program is not valid and the standard cancellation policy will apply.
    • When a credit is granted. There will be no cash refund.
    • Credits may not be combined with any other discounts and may not be applied to a charter of less than 7 days.
    • The credit must be taken at the same location and aboard a yacht of the same or larger size listed on you previous reservation. (If a larger yacht is available, the charterer is responsible for any upgrade costs).

    Ferry service is required if your choose to fly into St Thomas, USVI rather than Beef Island on Tortola. The ferry ride is usually 45 minutes from St Thomas to Tortola. The cost is $23.00 per person each way. The following times are subject to change. We strongly suggest that you confirm times with the ferry services.

    Upon arriving on Tortola please expect to clear customs. We will arrange a taxi transfer upon receiving your arrival information (rates for taxi’s are not included in charter fee)
